We will always provide remote support and commit to responding quickly within 12 hours. Whenever you encounter an issue, our professional technical support team will assist you remotely to resolve the problem.

 

Upgrade Options

For customers placing bulk orders, we offer free on-site technical support services, including comprehensive training and equipment commissioning. This ensures your team can operate the equipment proficiently and maximize its performance.

 

Ultimate Support

In the event of a major malfunction, we will coordinate with local engineers to provide on-site service within 48 hours (travel expenses to be borne by the customer). Our goal is to restore equipment to normal operation as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact on your business.

It is worth emphasizing that after receiving our training, the proportion of overseas buyers requiring on-site support for equipment is less than 1%. This fully demonstrates the effectiveness of our training and the reliability of our equipment.
