Since its establishment in 2003, Jiechi has been deeply rooted in the cleaning equipment industry. The Chinese meaning of Jiechi is “Fast Cleaning,” and we aim to help all our customers clean faster and more effectively through the cleaning equipment we design and manufacture.

Jiechi is a source manufacturer with full independent production capabilities, which distinguishes us from ordinary traders. As a company with both ODM and OEM qualifications, we can provide customers with mature standardized products (incorporating 47 patented technologies) as well as support for deep customization services. All production processes are completed in our self-built factories in Songjiang, Shanghai, and Jiujiang, Jiangxi, with full control from R&D to assembly. This vertically integrated model allows us to offer lower prices than brand manufacturers while ensuring quality. You can inspect our factories via video call at any time.

Jiechi has over a decade of export experience. Our equipment is shipped from Shanghai to destinations worldwide (including but not limited to the United States, Russia, Australia, the Netherlands, Turkey, South Korea, Vietnam, etc.). Therefore, you have no need to worry—we will assist you in handling logistics and customs duties.    

Our equipment control panels use icons that are clear and easy to understand, so there is no need to worry about language barriers.

We understand that after-sales support is an important consideration for you. While standard sales do not include routine after-sales support to maintain price competitiveness, we have established a comprehensive support system: all equipment is tested and video-inspected before shipment to ensure basic reliability.

We also offer tiered after-sales support to ensure you always have control:

• Basic Support: We will always provide remote support with a rapid response within 12 hours.

• Upgrade Option: For large-volume orders, our company provides a free technical team on-site for 3 days (training + equipment calibration).  

• Ultimate Support: In case of major issues, we will coordinate local engineers to visit on-site within 48 hours (travel expenses to be borne by the customer).  

It is worth emphasizing that, after our training, less than 1% of overseas buyers require on-site support for their equipment.

Regarding customs duties, we adopt the most transparent and direct approach: the product price you see is the final factory price, with no hidden fees. This mode has two advantages:

First, you can clearly see the base cost of the equipment, making it easier to compare prices. Many customers have reported that even after adding customs duties, our total price is still more than 15% cheaper than local procurement.

Second, this model offers you maximum flexibility. Customers with import experience can arrange the most cost-effective customs clearance method on their own.

We understand the personalized needs of mid-range customers. As a manufacturer with both ODM and OEM capabilities, we fully support customization services. For example, we can modify the appearance by spray-painting corporate logos or adjusting brand colors. However, this is only available when purchasing a certain quantity of machines due to the cost control.

When faced with a wide range of products, you only need to focus on three core factors: cleaning area, main types of stains, and working hours. We recommend sending a short video of your work environment to our technical consultants, describing specific requirements such as “daily cleaning of 3,000 square meters of oily floors in a food factory.” Within 24 hours, you will receive a complete configuration recommendation.

Quality verification is a two-way process: you can view the production process of the equipment via video link, and each machine is tested before leaving the factory (a dedicated test video can be provided). The final packaging also follows our standard procedures, including shock-absorbing film, scratch-resistant film, tire fixers, and wooden transport boxes.

The only additional expense besides the cost of the equipment itself is consumables, but we also give you some replacement consumables for free when you purchase. Of course, you can also buy more consumables to be delivered together with your order.
