Four Self-check Guidelines for High-frequency Faults: Save Time, Effort and Cost!
Sep 25, 2025
Don't rush to send the floor cleaning machine for repair when it malfunctions! Ninety percent of Ride-On Floor Scrubber A10/M10 issues can be resolved through simple self-checking steps. Jiechi engineers reveal for the first time the secret manual for quick troubleshooting. Save this article and you'll be all set!
Question 1: The water absorption effect deteriorates or it doesn't absorb water at all
✅ Three-step self-check method:
Check the red light: See if the red light is on the panel. The machine has a function to stop when it is full of water
Check for blockage points: Inspect whether the float ball at the suction port is stuck and whether the sewage pipe is tightly covered
Voltage measurement: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the water suction motor port (it needs to reach 36V).
Question 2: The brush/roller brush suddenly stops working
✅ four-step positioning method:
Remove mechanical jamming: Confirm that the brush is not completely worn out and is properly installed
Measure the power supply: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the brush motor port (around 30V is normal).
Check the circuit: Inspect whether the circuit from the controller to the motor is damaged.
Carbon brush replacement: Carbon brushes should be replaced first after long-term use (roller brush motors need to be returned to the factory).
⚠️ Note: The voltage output can only be triggered by stepping on the accelerator during measurement
Question 3: The equipment cannot move or is weak in movement
✅ Triple inspection points:
Emergency stop switch: Confirm that the emergency stop button is not pressed (the most easily overlooked!).
Electronic brake: Measure the brake resistance value (normal value: 64.8±8).
Motor power supply: Check the voltage (36V) output from the controller to the walking motor.
🔧Deep treatment: If the resistance is abnormal, the electronic brake needs to be replaced
Question 4: Abnormal water output or no water output
✅ Scene-specific processing:
No water at all: → Clean the clear water filter → Measure the resistance of the solenoid valve (normal 98±8).
Low water output: → Unplug the water pipe to check if the water pump is spraying water → Troubleshoot for clogged water pipes.
Extended question: The large water gun doesn't work? Directly measure the on-off status of the switch.
Self-checking tool: Interpretation of fault code lights
Number of flashes of the light
Description
Emergency response
1 block
The battery is low on power/poorly connected
Check the wiring or charge
2 blocks
The circuit of the walking motor is abnormal
Check the connection between the motor and the controller
3 blocks
The circuit of the brush plate motor is abnormal
Check for damaged or blown circuits
7 blocks
Throttle pedal malfunction
Replace the pedal (maximum frequency failure)
8 blocks
Abnormality in the multi-motor system
Check the connections of each motor in sequence
