Recently, our team traveled to Russia to attend the industry exhibition CleanExpo Moscow. Though we did not participate as exhibitors, our mission was equally significant: visiting existing Russian partners to strengthen our cooperative relationships, conducting on-site assessments of local market dynamics, and engaging in in-depth exchanges with industry peers. Through this trip, we not only gained a firsthand understanding of the market but also acquired valuable insights.

1. On-Site Observations: Trade Shows Reflect Market Trends

As one of the largest professional cleaning equipment exhibitions in Russia and the CIS region, CleanExpo Moscow once again demonstrated its industry appeal. According to official statistics, the 2024 event attracted over 5,300 professional visitors from more than 80 regions. On-site, we observed:

  • Multiple cleaning equipment manufacturers are focusing on the directions of “intelligentization,” “energy efficiency,” and “systematized services.”
  • Dealers have shifted from merely “purchasing equipment” to acquiring “services and solutions,” with significantly increased demand for equipment leasing, remote monitoring, and backend maintenance support.

These observations provide invaluable insights for our Russian partners regarding product configuration, service logic, and business models.


2. Friendship and Partnership: Deepening Mutual Trust · Pursuing Shared Development

Accompanied by the Russian team, we visited our partner's office and engaged in in-depth discussions. Both parties reviewed past collaboration experiences, shared market feedback, and jointly explored the next phase of the “equipment + service” upgrade path. Key topics of discussion included:

  • Partners raised practical challenges faced by customers in cold climates, low-voltage environments, and maintenance service response times.
  • We shared our latest equipment technologies, leasing and after-sales service models, as well as solutions tailored for complex scenarios.
  • Both parties agreed to further enhance the localization of spare parts supply, training response times, and service standards, thereby strengthening the foundation of their cooperation.

Through this meeting, mutual trust between us and our local partners has been further strengthened, paving the way for our future collaboration to advance into a more profound “long-term partnership” phase.
