I. High Vehicle Safety

(1) The power system complies with GB/T 31467.3-2015 Lithium-ion traction battery packs and systems for electric vehicles — Part 3: Safety requirements and test methods, ensuring high safety and reliability.

(2) All components of the power battery achieve horizontal burning grade HB and vertical burning grade V-0 specified in GB/T 2408—2008.

(3) The protection class of all Class B voltage components and connectors of the whole vehicle reaches IP67.

(4) The vehicle high-voltage system is equipped with an independent insulation resistance monitoring system. After high-voltage power-on, it can monitor the high-voltage insulation status of the vehicle in real time to guarantee high-voltage safety.

II. High Vehicle Reliability 

(1) The motor has passed multiple tests including performance, reliability, durability, high & low temperature vibration, EMC, protection rating and test track road tests.

(2) Standard equipped with steel wire & nylon mixed brooms featuring excellent wear resistance and high sweeping efficiency. The sweeping broom assembly adopts triple anti-collision function to avoid failures caused by collisions during operation.

(3) The whole vehicle has been verified through long-term reliability tests with stable, safe and reliable performance.

III. Comfort

(1) Standard integrated heating & air conditioning system enables operation in summer and winter and improves operator comfort.

(2) Equipped with suspension adjustable seat, whose damping can be adjusted according to the driver’s weight to optimize driving experience.

IV. Intelligence 

(1) The vehicle is fitted with a 13-inch CAN bus color LCD intelligent control screen, which monitors real-time operating status, battery and motor conditions, driving speed, mileage, running time and other data.

(2) One-touch operation system for simple and efficient cleaning work.

V. High Efficiency

(1) Adopting articulated steering, the machine has an overall width of 1280 mm. It can achieve pivot turning on roads no less than 4.5 m wide and perform 360° sweeping around a single tree, suitable for sidewalks, non-motor vehicle lanes, urban auxiliary roads, parks, plazas and other scenarios.

(2) Driven by a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous traction motor with wide effective operating range and high torque density. Rear axle drive delivers a maximum gradeability exceeding 20%.

(3) Max working speed: 10 km/h; Max transit speed: 24 km/h; sweeping efficiency reaches over 97%.

(4) Visualized operating system allows real-time monitoring of cleaning conditions inside the cab.

(5) Three optional working modes: Eco Mode, Standard Mode and Strong Suction Mode. Operators can switch modes according to debris volume on pavement to optimize energy consumption ratio.

(6) 1850L aluminum alloy recovery hopper with integrated sewage compartment. The sewage recycling system improves water utilization, suppresses dust and reduces secondary pollution.

(7) Hydraulically driven automatic dumping of the recovery bin eliminates manual waste unloading, lowers labor intensity and saves time and effort.

Technical Specifications

Build Quality & Maintenance

Integrated chassis design, equipped with electro-hydraulic controlled hydraulic power steering system. It delivers flexible steering with a small turning radius, enabling cleaning in narrow spaces and corners. The vehicle is capable of travelling on uneven roads and climbing curbs.

The service brake adopts hydraulic drum brakes on all four wheels (front and rear). The parking brake adopts mechanical drum brakes on rear wheels.
